Investec Property Opportunity Fund No. 2 (IPOF2) is an unlisted closed fixed term opportunistic property fund which aims to deliver a total return of 15% per annum pre tax:
- Second fund in the IPOF series
- Launched in late 2010 with total equity commitments of A$38.6m
- Fixed term of 5 years unless terminated earlier by us or by operation of law, or extended by a special resolution of unitholders
- Consists of a stapled vehicle which invests in an actively managed diversified portfolio of investment and development assets
