Investec Property Limited (IPL) is the responsible entity of all of the property funds managed by Investec in Australia and operates under an Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL 290909).
IPL is a wholly owned subsidiary of the worldwide Investec Group and as such has access to a broad array of experience and expertise, allowing us to actively source and manage investors’ assets. IPL seeks to grow investors’ funds through opportunistic investment, forming strategic partnerships with sector specialists and gaining access to investment and trading opportunities.
IPL currently manages 3 property investment products across a diverse range of sectors and geographies with total gross assets under management of approximately A$586 million as at end September 2011.
The Board of IPL consists of senior executives of the Investec Group together with a number of notable Australian non-executive directors with significant property experience.
